Sounds simple, but a lot of the times when people don't achieve their goals or aren't in a positive frame of mind, they cite stress and an inability to focus.
Taking 5 minutes to focus on your breathing forces you focus on one specific thing. It allows your body to physically relax, to stop tensing up when you didn't even know it, and reduces the feeling of panic and stress. ESPECIALLY if you can do this outside, it allows you to refresh and renew, leaving you feeling more positive and better able to focus on the things that matter, and be more likely to achieve them.
